McCarthy-Bush Corporation is seeking an Accounting Assistant based out of Davenport, Iowa.

Our Accounting Assistants are responsible for providing financial and accounting services to multiple companies and industries within the McCarthy-Bush family of companies. Being technology-minded and having the ability to make process improvements will play an integral role in the day-to-day duties of the Accounting Assistant. The successful candidate will be focused, adaptable, and ready to hit the ground running!

What makes you successful in this position?

• Possess an associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Ability to be an integral part of monthly, quarterly, and yearly reconciliations and closings.
• Keen eye for details and reconciliation. You'll be responsible for reviewing invoices, monitoring credit cards, maintaining payable files, posting bank transactions, compiling records & reports, and updating journal entries for multiple companies.
• Proficiency with learning and using data tools such as Power BI, advanced excel, SQL, and Crystal Report.

All candidates must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
