Accounting Assistant - Insight Global : Job Details

A client of Insight Global is seeking an Accounting Assistant to join their growing team in the financial industry. The ideal candidate must be an Excel savvy, driven, and hard-working individual who is eager to learn and grow within a company. This is a very detail oriented and data heavy role. Responsibilities are included below:

• Verify data by comparing it to source documents
• Update existing data
• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
• Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
• Inputting data information into database systems accurately

$65,000 - $75,000 annually

Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
• Previous working experience as an Accounting Assistant, Accounting Clerk or Data Entry Clerk
• In depth Excel experience
• Detail oriented and excellent communication
• Attention to detail
• Merchant Cash Advance Experience
