Primary Responsibilities:• Oversee daily accounts payable and receivable tasks (excluding invoicing)• Reconcile cash transactions and monitor payment activity• Keep accurate records using QuickBooks Desktop (Pro or Enterprise)• Assist with generating internal reports and managing Excel spreadsheets• Support monthly close operations and help monitor inventory

Qualifications:• Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent experience• At least 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting support role• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and working knowledge of Excel
