Accountant - Alliance Resource Group : Job Details

Alliance Resource Group is recruiting for our client, a medical device manufacturer, for their next Corporate Accountant. This person will be the right hand to the Corporate Controller and will be responsible for critical ad-hoc projects for the organization. Key Responsibilities: Process invoicing, sales tax filings, and handle deferred revenue Utilize complex Excel worksheets to manage manual accounting processes Perform AP-related tasks as required Assist the AR team on invoicing and client follow up Maintain financial records and assist with month-end closing Collaborate with the Corporate Controller to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Assist with other accounting duties as needed, contributing to a lean and efficient team Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field Proficiency in Quick.
