Analyze and reconcile various General Ledger accounts; direct correcting entries as needed Assist Controller with preparing, reviewing and submitting month end/year end work papers and monthly package Assist Controller with supporting schedules and reports to meet month end/year end close deadlines Interpret SOX guidelines to ensure accurate controls and segregation of duties are in place to meet compliance Reporting, implementing, and maintaining controls and process regarding any newly implemented accounting standards, including, but not limited, ASC 842 Lease Accounting Assist Controller with corporate requests as needed Prepare monthly Financial Statements for the Controller and CFO Prepare monthly Rolling Forecast Files for the Controller and CFO Monitor Accounts Receivable collection Assist in preparing prequalification reporting for various states.
