About the Role:
- Support the company's financial operations by generating financial statements and related working papers.
- Contribute to daily accounting functions including accounts payable, payroll, and other transactions.
- Supervise accounts payable and payroll clerks to ensure accurate and efficient processing.
- Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement in processing and internal controls.
- Prepare reconciliations, working papers, and financial reports for internal leadership review.
- Assist the Accounting Manager and CFO with tasks as needed to meet organizational goals.

- Ensure the financial integrity and compliance of CIS and its affiliates through accurate reporting and documentation.
- Improve operational efficiency by analyzing current financial processes and recommending enhancements.

- Foster a collaborative and accountable accounting team through direct supervision and leadership of clerks.
- Uphold the organization's patient-centered philosophy by ensuring back-office financial functions run smoothly and transparently.
What Makes You a Great Match:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited institution.
- Comfortable learning and adapting to the unique financial operations of a medical organization.
- Familiarity with computerized accounting systems and a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail in financial review and reconciliation.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and guide support staff in financial processes.
- Flexible and team-oriented attitude, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities to support the mission.
