Job Description :

The Accountability Analyst works under limited supervision and will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization meets its strategic goals and objectives. This position involves monitoring, evaluating, validating, and reporting on the performance of various departments and projects, ensuring compliance with established standards and protocols, and resolving resident complaints.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Visit CHA portfolio to validate that resident complaints were appropriately addressed.
  • Follow up with portfolio operations team to request updates on complaint resolutions.
  • Develop and implement accountability frameworks and performance metrics.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on performance outcomes.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct regular analysis on work orders and reports to emergency services.
  • Provide training and support to staff on accountability practices.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to promote a culture of accountability.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or a combination of experience with a preference of 2-3 years' experience in customer experience or quality assurance settings. The candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and integrity. Valid driver's license is required.
