Job Description :

LHH is searching on behalf of our local client in the Greater New Berlin, WI area. This role offers a hybrid schedule AFTER training, and still requires 3 days a week in office.

This role centers on managing customer account bids, coordinating individual projects, and maintaining account records. It involves close collaboration with clients, contractors, internal teams, and external partners to ensure accurate pricing, scheduling, and billing for new projects.

  • Promptly manage all incoming communications, including new work requests, contracts, and signed proposals.
  • Review service and installation needs, gather necessary details from internal departments, vendors, and service providers, and prepare proposals accordingly.
  • Support the bidding process for new customer accounts
  • Enter and maintain orders using ERP
  • Collaborate with colleagues and regional contacts to assess qualifications and assign work appropriately.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with service providers and client contacts to ensure successful project completion.
  • Order necessary parts through internal systems
  • Organize and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, purchase orders, and closeout materials.
  • Prepare billing documentation upon project completion.
  • Provide professional and courteous phone support to clients to maintain high satisfaction and clear communication.
  • Participate in a rotating schedule to monitor the emergency service phone, including after-hours coverage, ensuring rapid response to urgent service needs.
