$75,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr

SolComms, a high-energy PR agency for start-ups and scale-ups, sitting at the intersection of corporate and consumer, is looking to hire an Account Manager to Associate Director for its growing Healthcare division.

SolComms launched in 2023 with a firm belief that PR agencies should and could do better for their teams and clients. We take a human-first approach in everything we do, prioritizing empathy, mentorship, and fierce collaboration. This approach has led us to become the agency of record for cutting-edge companies across healthcare, consumer, and technology verticals, catapulting these companies and their executives into relevancy.

This won't be your typical role - this individual will play a pivotal role in developing this agency. Here's what you'll do:

• Partner with the founder and AVP to drive strategy for 6-8 clients at a time, executing against client goals while also bringing new, creative media-centric ideas to the table
• Act as a lead day-to-day contact for clients, delivering exceptional client service and earning their trust
• Consistently land top-tier features and placements for clients in key media outlets while empowering and mentoring junior team members to land press consistently.
• Draft and review key media materials, including OpEds, press releases, and pitches
• Manage and mentor SAEs, AEs, JAEs, and ACs
• Participate in developing new business proposals, join pitches, and source new leads

• Salary Range: $75 - 105K
• Annual bonuses, monthly commissions for new business you sign
