We are looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team!

The Account Manager for the Medical Affairs Publications team is the client's key day-to-day contact, managing relationships and helping to set expectations. You ensure colleagues are informed and effective, and begin to think about future opportunities.

This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or San Francisco—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.

What you'll do:

  • Act as the day-to-day client contact for publication work streams: provide status updates, respond to queries, share recommendations, manage expectations, take client briefs, and communicate clearly with the team.
  • Manage the processes of the account, including internal meetings, workflow, task delegation, and project status across the team.
  • Own and be accountable for medium/large client projects, ensuring delivery to high standards within budget and timelines.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with your account lead about project progress, barriers, and solutions.
  • Understand the client's business priorities, program strategy, and monitor industry trends.
  • Identify areas for growth and share new ideas proactively.
  • Support business development efforts, including contributing to credentials and pitch presentations.
  • Support financial management of the account.
  • Engage in professional development opportunities.

This position is a perfect fit for you if:

  • You value our company principles: Best Together, Impact-Obsessed, Excellence Expected, Evolve Always and Accountability with an “I”.
  • You are adaptable, resilient, proactive, driven, and highly organized.

What you should have:

  • Working knowledge of ICMJE and GPP guidelines.
  • Experience with publication databases such as iEnvision, PubsHub, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ownership mindset, collaborative spirit, professional presence, and effective communication skills.
  • Confidence in managing upward and problem-solving.
  • BA or equivalent work experience.

Pay Range: $75,000.00-$85,000.00

This is the pay range at the time of this posting. Compensation will be based on experience, skills, certifications, and location. The company may modify this range.
