Role Overview
We are seeking a client-focused and analytically driven Account Manager – Marketing Campaigns to join our marketing team. This role is critical to managing high-impact marketing initiatives for industry partners. The ideal candidate will combine strong relationship management skills with a sharp analytical mindset, serving as an advisor to clients while ensuring the flawless execution of marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Strategic Management
- Act as the secondary liaison for assigned clients and partners alongside the Account Director.
- Build trusted relationships by deeply understanding client objectives, challenges, and success criteria.
- Lead client meetings and presentations, providing clear insights, campaign results, and actionable recommendations.
- Deliver campaign performance data and analytics as part of regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
Campaign Execution & Project Management
- Coordinate the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital promotions, email campaigns, sponsored content, podcasts, and social media.
- Ensure timely delivery of campaigns with high-quality standards by managing cross-functional teams and approval processes.
- Monitor campaign analytics, adjusting tactics to enhance performance and meet KPIs.
Data Analytics & Performance Reporting
- Analyze campaign data to extract meaningful insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive post-campaign reports, including key metrics, ROI analysis, engagement trends, and future recommendations.
- Prepare customized data reports and visualizations for client presentations and strategic meetings.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of account management experience in marketing, advertising, digital media, or related fields.
- Proven experience in managing data-driven marketing campaigns and interpreting campaign analytics.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- This role requires a meticulous eye for detail, the ability to manage complex workflows, and a commitment to documentation precision.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Partner with colleagues across departments to troubleshoot issues, exchange feedback, and co-develop solutions.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics and Sprout Social).
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Drive) for real-time collaboration
- Ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, Journalism or related field.
