Title: Account Manager Location: New York City, NY (Onsite) Employment Type: Full Time, Day Shift, Mon-Fri 08:30 AM-05:30 PM (40 hours per week) Compensation: Pay Range: $75,000 - $90,000 Per Year Description: Drive program growth through sales and networking efforts. Build strategic relationships with referral partners. Integrate with teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintain ethical conduct and ensure quality and satisfaction. Educate community leaders and stakeholders on program benefits. Provide support for planning and executing community engagement events. Travel throughout the greater metropolitan region as needed. Key Responsibilities: Educate various audiences on program benefits and differentiators. Manage assigned accounts and ensure effective communication. Collaborate with teams to identify and support community education opportunities. Perform administrative functions and develop informational materials. Track referrals and evaluate performance for continuous improvement. Assist with intake and provider relations as necessary. Maintain and generate reports to measure performance and quality of work. Qualifications: Associate degree or equivalent experience required. Minimum two years of experience in healthcare business development. Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Experience with CRM or database platforms preferred. Proficiency in general office software required. Organized and flexible to meet deadlines independently. Skilled public speaker, comfortable presenting to audiences.
