Location: Los Angeles, CA and San Bruno, CAJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $50 - 55 per hourWe are seeking a seasoned, innovative advertising Account Manager to support our growing e-commerce business, operating as the front door of our internal agency and collaborating with our various cross-functional partners.To be a successful advertising Account Manager, you should be self-motivated and solutions oriented, you should have big picture thinking and the ability to inspire the team to exceed the partner's expectations while expertly managing their campaigns and projects. Ultimately, a top-class Account Manager is strategic, detail-oriented, organized and driven.Must be able to handle heavy project volume, multiple stakeholders, and multiple agency partners at any one time. Must be conversant in assessing briefs and communicating client strategy to the creative or site agility team. The ideal candidate will successfully navigate the demands of business, creative/brand, and technology to help elevate the quality and scale of Our Client creative. Responsibilities:
Helping shape & define our new technical initiatives and associated processes for our client's website updates, new functionality & updated toolsets.
Driving our processes and engagement with a growing scope of Generative AI tools, to help take our creative execution to the next level.
Helping to manage our Site Agility team, who help us stay responsive to ever changing creative business needs.
General account management and stewardship across a wide variety of initiatives, focusing more on our Technical Site efforts.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or other relevant field.
4-7 years-experience as an agency Account Supervisor or Account Manager or similar role.
Minimum 2 years' experience working in agency, e-commerce environment (or other high-volume industry).
Experience in project management tools including Smartsheet & Workfront.
Experience working on technical-focused initiatives with Product / Engineering teams and the ability to parse technical info to creative team members.
Understanding of account management fundamentals, including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, and allocate resources
