We are looking for a dynamic Digital Account Manager to help maintain client success by providing exceptional service and value to our clients from both an internal and external perspective. As the Account Manager you will oversee the daily process of operational support for clients across industries and be the direct liaison between the internal departments, our client account team and client. The Account Manager supports our practice area teams to achieve client goals. You will report into the Client Director. The Account Manager will participate in professional development to learn and operate Merkle processes. You will help support the internal client team by ensuring that operations and support activities are completed, directly contributing to our client's success.
Key Responsibilities - Connect with client to support delivery of communication and service
- Work with colleagues across dentsu to meet client service needs.
- Coordinate activity ensuring projects and plans are achieved on time and within budget. Keep internal and external teams updated regarding project progress and address any concerns. Ensure compliance with operational processes
- Aim to exceed client expectations and maintain trusted relationships internally and externally
- Coordinate internal and external client meetings
- Apply insights to new tasks independently
- Review reporting metrics looking for positive trends and anomalies
- Audit email campaigns for deployment accuracy
- Monitor overall health of client use cases and ongoing important performance metrics
People & Teams - Establish collaborative relationships with practice areas, internal production teams and client leadership team, as applicable
- Engage clients, providing updates, sharing insights, and promptly addressing their needs
- Team player, collaborating with team members and contributing positively to team morale and culture
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of experience in client services/account management or a combination of agency and client-side work
- 1+ years of experience managing client relationships and producing viable solutions
- Project management skills
- Experience digging into prospects' pain points and validating the issues they're facing
- Willingness to travel overnight if needed (not expected)
The annual salary range for this position is $51,000-$83,375. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
