As a Full Time 40 hours a week Account Manager for ChristianaCare HomeHealth you will develop new account relationships, perform account maintenance and drive the expansion of existing accounts in an assigned territory (Kent and Sussex County Delaware). This role is primarily on the road but may need to attend meetings and/or training at both our Smyrna and Avenue North offices. This role does not require weekends or holidays, but must support if staff call out. The successful candidate will develop and implement marketing plans for the assigned territory to meet or exceed budgeted referral/admissions goals. In additional they will identify new referral sources; nurture and maintain long term relationships with physicians/office managers/nurses; etc. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree 2-3 years of sales and marketing experience documented results in development of business in any field, healthcare preferred
