Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow accounts.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, expanding our client base and increasing revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align services with client needs.
  • Deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Provide regular reports on account status, sales results, and market trends.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Management or Business Development within the Audio & Visual industry.
  • Proven ability to manage key accounts, develop new business, and meet/exceed targets.
  • Strong strategic planning skills and decision-making ability.
  • Exceptional team-building skills and leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of the construction industry, market trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
