Account Executive - Pacific NW Region - Schwan's Company : Job Details

Manage and grow assigned accounts in the Pacific Northwest through direct sales and strong partnerships. Develop sales plans, negotiate pricing/program contracts, and forecast results. Support field sales teams with execution, customer events, and problem resolution. Monitor promotions, spending, and account files for accuracy and compliance. Provide timely reporting on sales performance, expenses, and projections. Train and guide field sales teams on account and contract management. Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. 5 years of sales/account management experience, ideally in CPG or Food industry. Financial and storytelling with data, skilled negotiator with proven relationship-building abilities. Experience pulling and analyzing syndicated data (A. C. Nielsen or IRI) a plus.
