This is a high-impact Account Executive role offering base salary + aggressive commission + stock options. In this role, you'll manage a specific region within our Broker Network of short-haul dirt and material trucking companies. You'll be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building strong customer relationships, and closing new business. We're looking for a motivated, results-driven sales professional with a solid network in the construction industry and a track record of success. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth
- Manage and develop sales territories
- Build and develop sales support team
- Provide / coordinate training, implementation and support to customers
- Track and analyze sales data and metrics
- Forecast sales and revenue
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities
- Negotiate and close deals
- Communicate with leadership and software engineers on platform improvements
- Maintain relationships with key customers and prospects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success
- Strong leadership and motivation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, and sales tools / CRM's
Compensation Range & Benefits
- Base Salary Range - $75-85K
- Aggressive Commission structure - percentage of revenue run through the application
