With over 15 years of focused expertise, the company serves global customers across industries such as automotive, medical, marine, industrial equipment, telecom, and testing & measurementPosition SummaryPlays a key role in generating revenue by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and onboarding new customers. This role involves direct sales efforts, effective communication, and collaboration with internal technical teams to provide solutions tailored to customer needs.Essential Responsibilities??Communicate with prospects and customers via phone, video, in-person meetings, and email to promote services.??Apply the Sales Process to source and secure new business opportunities.??Utilize the ODOO system and CRM tools for sales activities, reporting, and tracking pipeline progress.??Use strategic questioning techniques to uncover customer pain points and close higher-value deals.??Identify decision-makers within customer organizations and establish executive sponsorship to facilitate deals.??Meet and exceed defined sales targets and performance goals.??Develop product knowledge of the PCB manufacturing industry and stay current on market trends and technologies.??Facilitate technical discussions by engaging appropriate team members to address customer challenges.??Follow up on RFQs and purchase orders, ensuring timely responses and quote accuracy.??Tailor sales strategies based on customer size, industry, and specific needs to create demand for services.??Conduct thorough qualification and discovery of prospects to ensure alignment with capabilities.??Maintain customer information, sales activities, and contact records in CRM systems daily.??Collaborate with sales leadership to review key opportunities and close high-value deals.??Attend customer meetings, deliver presentations, and represent company at trade shows and industry events.??Create and maintain quarterly sales plans and forecasts aligned with revenue targets.??Support the Customer Concierge team by processing RFQs, managing opportunities, and responding to customer inquiries.??Maintain an active presence on professional networking platforms and engage with customers regularly.??Ensure customer satisfaction by following up and resolving any concerns post-sale.QualificationsEducation & Experience:??Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.??3-5 years of B2B or technical sales experience preferred.Technical Skills:??Proficient in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, video conferencing tools, and internet-based applications.Soft Skills:??Excellent verbal and written communication??Persuasive negotiation and presentation skills??Strong time management and organizational skills??Ability to build rapport quickly and read the room ??Critical thinking, problem-solving, and a results-driven mindsetAdditional Requirements:??Valid driver's license??Willingness to travel up to 50%Physical Demands??Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and use hands regularly.??Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.??Must be able to see color and work in environments that vary in noise and physical conditions, especially during customer site visits.Work Environment??Primarily office-based with moderate noise levels.??Field visits may involve exposure to manufacturing environments, including noise, chemicals, and machinery.
