Account Executive - Realtime Recruitment : Job Details

Realtime Recruitment are searching for an ALL NEW Account Executive!

As an Account Executive you will have the opportunity to liaise and build relationships with new and existing clients - specializing with the Kirkpatrick model through corporate, government, military and humanitarian organizations.

Experience:

• Promoting the name of the company
• Understanding the company structure and how the brands can work together
• Open doors to previous and new clients
• Attend conferences to meet & greet
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Track and record metrics throughout sales process
• Meet and exceed financial goals
• Experience within the Government, Military or corporate organizations
• Understanding of the Kirkpatrick Model
