What You'll Do:

  • Sales Mastery: Dive into lead generation, prospecting, and messaging to master the art of B2B sales. Engage in selling sponsorships for our dynamic live events and innovative digital marketing initiatives.
  • Brand Custodianship: Act as a guardian of our prestigious brand, championing our international customer base while consulting on the development of impactful brand communications.
  • Learning & Development: Spend your first month in a comprehensive training program, learning about our sales pipeline, research tools for prospecting, and the ins and outs of the events industry. Aim to independently spearhead lead prospecting for new business.
  • Performance Metrics: Your success will be measured by your ability to meet daily goals in lead research, messaging, and cold calling with the ultimate measurement being achievement of monthly sales quotas.

Your Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor s Degree
  • Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales where the average sale exceeded $20k+
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, results-oriented focus, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in time management
  • Technical Know-How: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and more. Knowledge of OSC and Seamless.AI is a plus

  • Competitive annual base salary of 40k-45k DOE with commission earnings potential, projected OTE of 70K-80K in Year 1, offering room for growth.
