In this role, you will manage assigned sales accounts, build strong client relationships, and help drive business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with Sales Assistant or entry-level sales experience who are eager to move into an Outside Sales role. After a 3-month onboarding period, you will have the option to work in a hybrid arrangement. The position involves periodic domestic travel to meet clients and attend events. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and negotiations
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and ensure service quality
• Participate in trade shows, events, and business trips as required

Travel Requirements

• Frequency: 3-6 times per year
• Duration: 2-3 days per trip, up to 1 week
• Destinations: NY (Upstate), MA, MI, UT, CA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of relevant experience and/or training (Sales Assistant experience welcome)
• Entry-level candidates with a strong motivation to learn Outside Sales will be considered
• Japanese language skills are a plus, but not required
• Willingness to travel domestically
