Job Description :

The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities while driving revenue growth through consultative selling and strategic account management. This role requires a self-motivated and customer-focused professional with a proven track record in folding carton sales and a passion for delivering value-added solutions to clients.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and target prospective clients within the folding carton industry, including manufacturers, brands, and retailers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at client organizations, understanding their unique needs, challenges, and priorities.

Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution-based sales consultations, leveraging product knowledge and industry expertise to recommend customized folding carton solutions that address client objectives.

Collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and customer service, to develop and deliver innovative packaging solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotes, effectively communicating the value proposition and differentiators of our folding carton products and services.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive revenue growth and profitability.

Monitor sales pipeline activity, track key performance metrics, and provide regular updates and forecasts to sales management.

Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our folding carton solutions and build brand awareness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in selling folding cartons or related packaging solutions.

Strong knowledge of folding carton manufacturing processes, materials, and industry trends.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, understand customer needs, and drive results.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.

Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong sense of initiative and urgency.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.
