OverviewWe are seeking an Account Director / Senior Marketing Activation Manager to work with a well-known telecommunications company embedded with this client.
The Account Director / Senior Manager is responsible for the creative strategy, design development, and final asset delivery for direct-to-customer communications. This role will interface and collaborate with the client's CRM, Prepaid, and MDU Business Unit teams to align on business strategies that drive specific line-of-business KPIs and messaging and creative consistency across multiple customer touch points and tactics. You will be responsible for building creative briefs that is thoughtfully integrated with other channels and aligns to overall direct response standard processes.
You will lead and implement the 360-process for all channel-specific campaign elements – email, direct mail, mobile push notifications, and EMS/RCS – ensuring that work is done on time, within budget, and aligns to the approved strategy.

Compensation Range: $119,110 - $188,025/annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
