About the Role and the Team
In the Revenue and Operations department, the mission is to promote, sell, onboard, and service the products built by our technical teams and departments. This means a deep focus on a 360-degree commercial strategy that helps take new products to market and promote and maximize clients' usage and experience with existing products.We are looking to add a key hire to the Adform US team that will have a major impact on our business. The Account Director is part of the US team and is responsible for strategic existing clients in the US and focuses on the growth of clients' business by best usage of the Adform platform.We hope you are ready to change the game! - Work with senior commercial leadership in order to set strategic commercial objectives and deliver client growth plans across agency and enterprise business
- Deliver revenue growth for Adform by engaging customers to adopt additional components of Adform's full-stack technology platform in the US
- Deliver revenue objectives quarterly and annually through personal effort and with team members
- Ensure that Clients receive best in class service and support, deliver a superior customer experience through cooperation with other teams within the company
- Manage and develop relationships with existing Clients in a structured way, including follow-up calls/meetings to ensure good relationships and their understanding of Adform products
- Keep up to date with recent market and industry trends, events, clients, and prospects
- Manage and maintain the opportunity pipeline using internal sales management system(s)Proactively engage clients in all Adform products and how they can be leveraged to solve their goals and objectives
- Project manage internal and client teams to ensure timely delivery of initiatives
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Success Manager and other relevant team members — the platform and technical counterpart — to align execution and ensure a unified client experience
- Maintain ownership of project plans and deliverables in partnership with Customer Success Manager counterpart
- Improve the sales processes in order to achieve efficiency and better quality in order to maximize revenue
- Work with relevant stakeholders and provide structured feedback about clients and market
- Support the commercial sales lead and customer success team through the on-boarding/ramping process of new clients

- A consistent track record of achieving sales objectives and demonstrable planning and forecasting skills
- Existing network within the online advertising industry in the US
- Proven experience in managing high budgets and revenues and big Clients
- Extensive experience of running accounts / client relationship management
- Traffic or ad operations experience
- Comfortable presenting solutions and upselling to clients
- Excellent communication skills (both with clients and within the team)
- Strong skills in building relationship & client-oriented attitude
- Proactivity, problem-solving ability and strategic thinking
- Great negotiation skills and strong focus on results

Stand out by having:
- Hands-on experience in operating in other Ad Servers, DMP or DSPs

- Salesforce experience, Gainsight experience, Tableau experience

- Salary range: $140,000 - $180,000 including bonus; final offer will depend on your skills, competencies, and experience
