The Account Coordinator focuses on managing an identified portfolio of Specialty Independent outdoor retails, and key accounts, to both support and increase sales through exceptional service. Responsibilities include detailed processing and follow-through of orders & reporting, closely monitoring monthly forecasts & sell-through performance while determining opportunities for additional sales growth. The Account Coordinator also provides analytical, admin, and order management support to the Sales Manager and territory reps . The Account Coordinator is an Osprey product expert - maintaining product knowledge, technical skills and selling enthusiasm of the entire Osprey product line. Collect and review forecasts and preseason orders; support Sales Manager with analysis and communication. Assist in monthly sales forecasting and inventory planning for Key and independent accounts.
