Access Services Resource Sharing Specialist/Library Assistant - duquesne university : Job Details

Reporting to the Assistant University Librarian for Access Services, the primary purpose of this position is to serve as the main point of contact for Gumberg Librarys interlibrary loan service, EZ - Borrow. This position supports accurate stacks maintenance and maintains accurate and up-to-date records for library-to-library resource sharing and library-to-patron local lending. This position supports the accuracy of the Access Services Departments online presence on Gumberg Librarys website. In addition, this position provides comprehensive customer service at any service point (physical or virtual) and resolve patron issues while supporting a welcoming and helpful atmosphere at Gumberg. As a member of the Access Services Department, this position is expected to respond to emergencies, alarms, and other work-related issues which require swift problem resolution.
