Position Summary:

The Access & Reimbursement Manager (ARM) will be a subject matter expert on access & reimbursement for FILSPARI (Sparsentan). This role involves working remotely within the assigned geography to support healthcare providers and the sales team through education and case-specific assistance, navigating insurance and access barriers, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Proactive Office Support: Serve as the key contact for patient access and reimbursement, guiding providers through the onboarding process, including PSF submission, REMS enrollment, and reimbursement steps.
  • Escalated Support: Resolve complex patient access issues, assist with documentation, and partner with stakeholders to ensure smooth reimbursement processes.
  • Sales Force Partnership: Communicate case statuses, educate the sales team on reimbursement complexities, and coordinate with stakeholders to move cases forward efficiently.
  • Trend Identification & Education: Monitor regional payer trends, identify barriers, and develop strategies to address them, including HCP education and market insights.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in the pharmaceutical/health industry, with 3+ years in reimbursement/access/case management.
  • Experience with specialty pharmaceuticals, nephrology, or rare diseases preferred.
Skills & Attributes:
  • Strong relationship-building skills with HCPs, office staff, and internal teams.
  • Comprehensive understanding of insurance reimbursement, including Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 35% and ability to meet credentialing requirements.
