Schedule and register patients for medical and dental appointments. Verify insurance eligibility, including Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial plans. Document appointment reasons and classify patients accurately. Assist patients with scheduling referral appointments. Make pre-appointment reminder calls to ensure attendance. Collaborate with volunteer physicians and support staff to optimize scheduling templates. Provide support to patients across all age groups, primarily adults and geriatrics. Minimum Qualifications.
