At Baruch College we believe that student success is everyone's responsibility - - Reporting to the Director of New Student Programs, the Assistant Director of New Student Programs is responsible for managing a large team of undergraduate peer mentors, mentor coaches, and executive peer mentors to support new student adjustment and success. The Assistant Director plays a pivotal role in enhancing the student success infrastructure through integrated peer mentoring. Additionally, the Assistant Director will create opportunities that foster a sense of belonging and interconnectedness among peer mentors and new students, supporting the Colleges initiatives to enrich the first-year experience.
