Ellison Dr.San Antonio, Texas, 78251United StatesJob Summary And DescriptionThe Academic Program Director for Integrated Space and Scheduling will be responsible for collaborating with college leaders to optimize the implementation of Academic Success' Academic/Workforce Program Plan in a manner that efficiently and effectively aligns with student success, the college's Strategic Enrollment goals, within the boundaries of the college's current resources. The Director will lead management of the college's room scheduling software, provide on-going space utilization analysis, and assist Academic Success in developing long-term scheduling and staffing models.This position reports to the Dean for Performance Excellence and may supervise 1-3 employeesQualificationsTo view a complete job description, click here.Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or combination of education, training and experience that equates to the required degree.
  • Three years of related experience.
  • One year of supervisory experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Five or more years of related experience.
  • Master's degree.
  • Experience with course/event scheduling software and related analysis.
  • Experience planning and/or designing spaces
  • Project Management experience.
  • Licenses or certifications in field of study.
Licenses and Certifications:
  • Prefer licenses or certifications in field of study. Licenses or certifications may be required depending on area of assignment.
