Academic Operations Coordinator - Syracuse University : Job Details

The Academic Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and providing support across all Whitman academic programs (undergraduate and graduate, residential and online). This position is responsible for collecting, organizing, and maintaining key information including census information, student success metrics, class demand, and recruitment outcomes. The Academic Operations Coordinator will generate reports to assist academic leadership with decisions related to resources, program planning, student support, and recruitment. The coordinator will need strong Excel skills and there is a preference for this person in this role to learn other technologies (Salesforce, Tableau, etc.). This position will need close collaboration across a few offices, such as IT, at Whitman to ensure data is accurate for reporting.
