Job DescriptionThe Academic Advisor I provides direct academic advising services to undergraduate students. This entry-level role supports student development through one-on-one advising, outreach, and coordination of academic support services under general supervision.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This position is primarily office based with occasional evening or weekend events.
Minimum QualificationsA Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
Preferred QualificationsThe anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $40,000 to $42,500 annually.
Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual's particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
