Position: Recruitment & Client Development SpecialistLocation: Sparta, WI In this role, you will work closely with job seekers- sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and supporting them throughout their assignments. You will also be the go-to resource for employers in your area, driving business growth through networking, client outreach, and exceptional service. Position Overview- Key Responsibilities (Full details on attached job description):
- Conduct orientation, process new hire (Talent) paperwork and remain the point of contact between client and Talent; handling and documenting Talent's performance including coaching, rewarding, disciplining, and termination
- Full-cycle recruiting, ensuring that client job orders are filled with high-quality talent
- Drive business growth by developing new sales opportunities and upselling current clients, and fostering long-term relationships with employers
- Travel to clients as needed and attend networking events

Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
