That's why we created the Everest Program - a no-cost, paid program designed to support you at every stage of your journey to becoming a BCBA. While working as part of our team, you'll receive:

How the Everest Program Works:
You'll join ABC's Everest Program and will be hired into one of the two roles below:
- Rising StarYou've completed at least 85% of your fieldwork hours (including 100% of restricted and 75% of unrestricted hours).
- Rising Star+You've completed all your fieldwork and are preparing to sit for the BCBA exam.
From there, ABC provides a clear, structured path to help you transition into your BCBA role.

BCBA Exam Prep Support: We know how critical this stage is - and we've got your back.
- Free 6-month CBA Learning Module Series subscription
- 8 hours/week off your direct care schedule to study
- 3 fully paid weeks off for final exam prep
- $5,000 bonus for passing on your first attempt
- $2,500 bonus for passing on your second attempt
Requirements to Join the Everest Program
To be eligible, you must:
- Have completed at least 85% of your 2,000 fieldwork hours
- Have all restricted hours completed
- Be enrolled in an accredited master's program applicable to BCBA certification
- Dedicate 8 hours/week off the direct care schedule for BDS modules
- Be prepared to sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining ABC
Compensation & Career Growth
- Pay: $24.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience and supervision progress)
- Wage increases potentially every 6 months based on performance
- A guaranteed pathway to a full-time BCBA role with competitive salary after certification
