• Location: Middlesex, Monmouth, Union, & Somerset Counties, NJ

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician/RBT

• Compensation: $2030/hr (based on experience)

• Type: Part-Time (1520 hrs/week)

• Shifts: Afternoons/Evenings (34 hrs/day, vary by client)

Available Schedules in Middlesex County:

• Edison: M- Th: 4:30-7:30PM

• East Brunswick: M- F: 4-7PM, Sat 1-4PM, & Sun 10AM- 12PM

• New Brunswick: M- F: 5-8PM, Sun 10AM- 1PM

Available Schedules in Monmouth County:

• Hazlet Township: M- F: 4-7:30PM

Available Schedules in Union County:

• Union: M 7:309:30PM, Tu/Wed/Th 48PM

• Hillside: M- F: 3-6PM

• Linden: M- F: 4-7PM

Available Schedules in Somerset County:

• Bound Brook: M- F: 4-7PM

About Compass ABA:

• As an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT, youll deliver individualized ABA therapy to children with autism.

• Help build communication, play, social, and daily living skills.

• Work in homes or community settings across NJ, NY, or NM.

Responsibilities as an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT:

• Adventure Guide: Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

• Behavior Navigator & Skill Scout: Build skills, manage behaviors, foster independence.

• Team Explorer: Collaborate with families and staff on treatment plans.

• Compass of Compassion: Offer encouragement and care during sessions.

• Calm Captain: Create a safe, structured learning environment.

• Progress Compass: Collect and record data to guide treatment.

• Learning Navigator: Participate in supervision and growth as an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (college preferred).

• Authorized to work in the U.S.; pass background & reference checks.

• Meet physical requirements: active movement, standing, and play-based activities.

• Experience with children/autism preferred.

• Reliable transportation, strong communication, and technology comfort.
