HealthRIGHT 360 gives hope, builds health, and changes lives for people in need by providing comprehensive, integrated, compassionate care that includes primary medical care, mental health services, and substance use disorder treatment. Our Outpatient services specialize in treatment mental health and substance use disorders with treatment and skills groups, as well as community resources.
Outpatient programs provide trauma-informed care aimed at reducing the harmful impacts of substance use. Participants and their counselors work collaboratively to design an integrated, individualized, strengths-based treatment experience geared towards addressing each client's specific needs and goals. Outpatient programs provide Individual and group therapy, individualized case management, treatment planning, drug and alcohol counseling, crisis intervention, and connection to social support services.

Project ADAPT is an adult outpatient program that provides culturally competent substance use and mental health services in English and Chinese. Our program offers a strengths-based, trauma-informed, harm reduction approach. Services include individual, group and case management services as well as acupuncture and access to free cultural/recreational events. We also have free community lunches and encourage developing supportive relationships and community. Our goals are to provide a safe and respectful counseling space for people from all walks of life and to reduce the impact of substance use and mental health conditions that lead to healthy, meaningful lives.
The SUD Counselor at Project ADAPT works with a interdisciplinary team to provide substance use treatment, assessing client needs and strengths in support of health and recovery. The SUD Counselor provides individual, group counseling using evidence-based curricula in accordance with program specific requirements (Drug Medi-Cal) as well as case management to assist clients in navigating systems of care and connecting to community resources (e.g. vocational, primary care, housing).
