AAM - Cashier/Receptionist - Part-Time - Toyota - The Albany Auto Group : Job Details

Description The Albany Auto Group is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a part-time (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) cashier/receptionist for the sales and service departments! The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service and communication skills, strong initiative, and be a team player. This is a part-time position of 24 hours per week. You must be able to work these hours to be hired. There is also opportunity to pick up additional hours when coverage is needed to help cover for full-time cashier. Job Duties Include: • Answering phones and directing customers to the appropriate department and following up in a timely manner by promptly and efficiently answering multi-line telephone system • Scheduling appointment requests online and by phone • Receiving cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers and recording amounts received on repair orders (RO's) and/or counter tickets • Communicating issues to management for follow-up and resolution • Assisting with scanning and filing Requirements: • High school diploma • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information with minimal supervision • Ability to communicate customers' interests, needs, and requests to dealership personnel • Professional personal demeanor and attire • Some dealership experience is preferred
