• Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm plus 24-hour call coverage
• Low volume: 25 deliveries monthly -- clinic sees 20 patients daily
• Clinic and hospital-based practice
• 20-minute response time required for call
• Required skills: C-sections, OB procedures, deliveries
