Store - BALT-ANNAPOLIS, MD

Deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping, and ensure a fast and friendly checkout process. Complete truck unloading, stocking, and merchandise recovery duties to maintain store standards and meet Brand Promises.

Responsibilities include:

  • Helping customers locate products and providing solutions
  • Executing cash handling and providing quick checkout experiences
  • Promoting and enrolling customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards
  • Educating customers about the Voice of Customer survey
  • Supporting Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS
  • Participating in truck unload, stocking, and planogram tasks
  • Maintaining merchandise recovery and store recovery standards
  • Performing Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties
  • Supporting shrink and safety initiatives
  • Adhering to SOPs and company policies for compliance
  • Interacting respectfully with customers and team members, promoting a positive store environment
  • Cross-training in Custom Framing sales and production

    • Preferred Skills and Experience:

    • Retail and customer service experience preferred

    Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

    • Ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, and perform bending, lifting, and reaching tasks
    • Ability to lift heavy items and access high shelves using ladders
    • Work in climate-controlled and outdoor environments, including nights, weekends, and early mornings
