Assists servers with dining room activities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Using gloves when handling knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins, or cleaning slicers.
• Using oven mitts or gloves when handling hot items.
• Wearing slip-resistant shoes and using proper lifting techniques.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods.
