407-04 Assistant Residential House Manager - Venture Community Services : Job Details

Development and implementation of ISP's, behavior plans and assessments to insure individual input, relevance to program goals, feasibility and capabilities of individuals. To include participation in creating, developing and implementing behavior plans. Serve as programmatic supervisor to Direct Support Professionals. Consistently communicate information to Direct Support Professionals, parents, guardians and day programs as designated by Residential House Manager. Oversee handling of individual accounts, and the house budget as directed by the Residential House Manager. Ensure monthly fire drills are completed in accordance with DDS regulations. Identify renovation/repair needs of the program. Identify and follow through on maintenance needs of vehicle. Attend meetings with management personnel from other agencies and the Department of Developmental Services as requested by Residential House Manager.
