( - Essential Functions) These are functions a qualified incumbent or applicant must be able to perform with or without reasonable accommodation. - Operates baler by filling baler with waste paper and tying off bales. - Segregates colors and grades of paper. - Transports bales to the scale by operating the fork truck. - Weighs bales and records weight, type of bale and the ticket number. Documents the weight of the bale and initials the bale ticket, attaching the ticket to the bale. Office copy is removed and submitted to supervisor at the end of each shift. - Moves the bale to proper storage area or loads into the trailer and records number of bales loaded onto a trailer. Other (Non-Essential) Functions Includes functions which are normally performed by persons holding this title.
