3rd Shift Shipping/Receiving Clerk - Florida Crystals Corporation - ASR Group : Job Details

The Shipping & Receiving Clerk keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments, prepares items for shipment, receives inbound shipment, and stocks the warehouse. DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records. Operates tow motor or pallet jack to move shipments from shipping and receiving platform to warehouse or work area; unload inbound material from vehicles, load outbound material into vehicles. Enthusiastically executes ASR safety program requirements. Prepares and affixes shipping labels (LTL) on packed skids. Posts weights and shipping charges, and affixes postage. Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
