3rd Shift Packer - Utz Quality Foods : Job Details

Tim's Cascade Snacks, a subsidiary of UTZ Quality Foods, is looking to expand our dedicated, customer-focused team. We are currently recruiting for a Packer position for our manufacturing facility in Algona, WA.

The Packer will be responsible for packaging products, including placing acceptable bags into boxes, stacking on pallets or conveyors, and palletizing finished goods for shipment.

This position operates on night shift from Monday to Thursday, 10:30 PM to 6:15 AM, and Friday from 10:30 PM to 10:30 AM. Saturday shifts are also required due to production demands.

• Generate computer labels with correct date codes.
• Assemble and label boxes for packaging.
• Inspect bags for proper weight, air, integrity, seals, graphics, and code dates.
• Ensure the correct number of acceptable bags per case and proper packaging methods.
• Stack finished products on conveyors or pallets according to specifications.
• Rework products as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

• Basic computer skills.
• Experience in a food processing facility preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under constant production line pressure.
• Repetitive lifting ability up to 12 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Starting pay rate: $18.71/hour + $1.00/hour third shift differential.
