The Cheese Make Food Safety and Quality Assurance Technician supports the overall Food Safety Plan through monitoring, record/product review and inspections. Job Responsibilities Conduct analytical and performance tests on raw materials, cheese, whey, and all by products; and effectively document and communicate results. Set-up, standardize and shutdown laboratory and quality related production equipment. Complete pre-operational and environmental swabbing, plating and interpretation. Perform and record daily monitoring and verification activities. Collect and test air and water samples. Prepare and ship samples as needed. Conduct routine data entry and filing of paper work. Review and sign off on CIP charts.
