Maintain the locations interior and/or exterior in a clean, sanitary, and safe manner (e.g., offices, warehouses, plant/manufacturing areas). Job Duties and Responsibilities Maintain a safe and clean internal building appearance through good housekeeping, organization, and management of walking surfaces Follow work schedules to complete all required cleaning and sanitizing, and complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders Perform custodian duties, such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, picking up debris, emptying trash cans and recycling, and general cleaning; these activities may include using equipment such as floor sweepers, polishers, vacuum cleaners, dusters, forklifts, and company vehicles.
