Our Debt Collectors assist customers with past due debt and develop solutions to facilitate payment, helping improve their financial well-being. CMS is a fully compliant collector, adhering to all local, state, and federal regulations on every call. With over 20 years of presence in the Buffalo area, CMS offers stability that collectors seek. The training for this role will begin on August 25th.

Schedules are Full Time with a mix of morning and afternoon shifts.

Starting pay is $17 per hour for those with an associate degree or higher, and $15.50 per hour for those without secondary education. Agents are also eligible for unlimited monthly bonuses.

Training runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, for two weeks.
