Job Overview:

We're looking for a Google Media Buyer with 5+ years of experience scaling beauty e-commerce brands through Google Ads. If you know how to profitably manage $20K+/day in ad spend, build high-performing funnels, and leverage AI tools to drive faster optimization.

Responsibilities:

● Plan, execute, and scale performance-driven Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max)

● Manage $20K+/day in ad spend across multiple products, funnels, and customer personas

● Collaborate with creative, product, and CRO teams to launch and optimize offers

● Analyze campaign data daily to improve ROAS, CAC, AOV, and LTV

● Use AI tools (Perplexity, AdCreative.ai, Google Veo) for copy, creative ideation, and testing at scale

● Drive granular keyword strategies, feed optimization, and creative testing

● 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience in e-commerce

● Proven success scaling beauty and skincare brands through Google campaigns

● Advanced knowledge of Google Merchant Center, GA4, Shopping Feeds, and PMax strategies

● Experience with attribution platforms (e.g., Northbeam, Triple Whale, Hyros)

● Strong grasp of full-funnel performance marketing (TOF, MOF, BOF) and media buying strategy

● Data-driven mindset and ability to rapidly test and iterate campaigns
