Now Hiring: Converting Operator Location: Elkhorn, WI Shift: Monday-Friday from 2:00pm-10:15pm

At Pregis, we're committed to protecting what matters. As a Converting Operator - Tier One, you'll play an essential role in operating converting machinery safely and efficiently while producing high-quality packaging products in a collaborative environment.

• Operate converting machines with a focus on safety and product quality

• Conduct physical and visual inspections to ensure materials meet quality standards

• Perform quality audits and accurately record any defects

• Meet or exceed daily production performance targets

• Label, pack, and palletize finished goods for shipment

• Maintain required production materials and supplies to minimize downtime

• Input production data accurately and promptly

• Follow housekeeping and 5S standards

• Communicate effectively with the previous and following shifts to ensure smooth transitions

• Assist and support fellow team members as needed

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Basic computer and math skills

• Ability to lift, push, pull, bend, and twist as needed

• Able to be on your feet for extended periods

• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

• Willingness to work overtime as needed

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Three years of consistent work history preferred
